Steve has also been interviewed on The O’Reilly Factor, Inside Edition, Erin Burnett “OutFront”, NPR and Don Lemon Tonight. In addition, Steve has worked Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs in traditional Law Enforcement capacities as well as in an undercover capacity and has successfully prosecuted members of several international OMG’s in state and federal courts for firearms, kidnapping, aggravated assaults and methamphetamine related investigations in addition to working several patched members of different motorcycle gangs as sources. Steve’s knowledge of these types of investigations led to him being sent by the Department of Justice to Kosovo to train Judges and Prosecutors about how Covert Operations work.

In the late seventies Bo moved to Los Angeles where he started the Comedy Store Players and joined Kentucky Fried Theatre (Kentucky Fried Movie, Airplane, Police Squad). He then went on to write and produce several network series including “Laverne & Shirley”, Aaron Spelling’s “Friends”, Norman Lear’s “Year At the Top” and over thirty network pilots. In addition, he has written for variety shows & situation comedies; from The Carol Burnett Show to Welcome Back Kotter.

Bo has recorded, written, & produced over 5,000 radio commercials, winning several Cleo & Radio Best Awards, as well as the Writers Guild of America award for best written TV series, for “The Carol Burnett Show.”

In addition Bo has appeared as an actor on over 75 television shows, the latest being Law & Order and Third Watch.

In the late 1980’s Mr. Kaprall moved to Minneapolis where he started his own creative production company focusing on entertaining radio & television commercials and Corporate Communications in addition to creating reality television series (hey, someone’s gotta do it!)

Over the years Bo has created and executive produced shows for ABC, NBC, CBS, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, Discovery, TLC, and HGTV.

In recent years, Bo has been working as an instructor with the Heartland Law Enforcement Institute, instructing law enforcement officers on various improvisational techniques, applicable to all police work, with an emphasis on undercover operatives.
