I formed Heartland Law Enforcement Training institute after spending time learning from and teaching alongside some of the greatest Narcotics Gang, and Undercover operators in the business. During my time working dope and gangs I had the opportunity to attend a lot of training but found that much of it was information pulled straight from a textbook that was being regurgitated to me by an instructor who in some cases I was quite confident had not participated in the type of activity that they were preaching about to the class. With HLETI we wanted to do something different by attracting the best in the business who are subject matter experts in the courses that they teach and who are willing to share their successes as well as their failures. By doing this we can provide our attendees with the most up to date information and the best training available when it comes to conducting Nacrotics, Gang and Covert Operations.
